We're making improvements to the banners that appear in your ePlatform portal, these are the banners that contain your school name and logo. This is a completely free upgrade where our goal is to make your ePlatform look more engaging for students. Schools will be upgraded on a first come first served basis. Check out the creative options for primary and secondary school below.

Need to know:

All the banner designs we created for school customers will be updated, unless we hear from you.
We encourage you to select a preferred banner design background for your (primary or secondary) school from this display page, otherwise we’ll pick a design that we think looks best based on your school colours and logo.
Let us know what banner design you would like, our team will then personalise the banner further to include your school details and logo. Please also let us know if you do not wish for your banner to be updated.
If you are using a custom banner that was uploaded by your school, these will not be changed, unless you request a new design.
You can also create your own unique banner and we will upload it for you - please ensure the image size is 1140px wide and 140px high.
Once your banner has been updated, you'll receive an email to confirm the change.
This process should be complete by 30 June 2023.
