ePlatform uses a Shared Collection model, where schools subscribe for an annual fee to access a large, professionally curated library of eBooks and/or Audiobooks, rather than purchasing individual titles. This subscription model gives schools access to their own branded digital library with a collection tailored to their needs. Pricing is based on school size, with options for small schools and the ability to add private content like Class Sets or build a private collection on top of a shared collection.

If your school has fewer than 350 students, our Small School Plan offers the same access to eBooks and Audiobooks at roughly half the standard price. For larger schools, the Standard Plan provides higher monthly borrowing limits and is the most popular choice. We offer a free trial so you can evaluate ePlatform with your staff and students before committing — including complete access to eBooks, Audiobooks, and Decodable Readers. Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at renewal time. If your needs change — for example, your school grows beyond the Small School Plan threshold, or you want to add Audiobooks to an eBooks-only plan — our team can adjust your plan accordingly. Any privately purchased titles remain yours permanently regardless of your subscription status.
