School Library Pricing

1. 1. Prices exclusive of sales tax in US Dollars.
  2. 1. EPL eBooks and Audiobook Shared Collection plans enable a school to join as a member of a consortium of schools. Annual fees purchase new copies/titles and pay for platform hosting. The members of the consortium license the digital titles as a group, and only current paid up members have access to the titles
  3. Includes set-up of a new platform, LMS API if available, school wide access, school or public library consortium features, tech support, and access to promotional materials
  4. The Shared Collections include numerous titles and customers are not required to purchase additional titles. A one off DRM fee of $1.50 is applicable per eBook purchased for private collection purchases relating to hosting, storage, and lending of that eBook with DRM protection.

This is for customers who do not join our eBooks & Audiobooks Shared Collection plans and wish to purchase titles separately.
The $250 fee is invoiced and payable on registration and then on the anniversary of registration thereafter
The fee covers hosting for one year and is non-refundable. eBooks and audiobook title purchases need to be paid for in addition to the hosting fee
Schools can change to the content credit plan at the end of any year

2. The $200 fee is invoiced and payable on registration and then the anniversary of registration thereafter
3. The fee covers hosting and being a member of a consortium for one year and is non-refundable. eBooks and audiobook title purchases need to be paid for in addition to the hosting fee
