General Terms *
- Prices inclusive of GST in Australia
- All plans include set-up of a new platform, LMS API if available, school wide access, school or public library consortium features, tech support, and access to promotional materials
- We have an equitable access small schools program, please contact us for details
- Schools can change between plans at the end of each year
- A one off DRM fee of $2.20 per eBook purchased for private collection purchases (not applicable to shared collection plan titles).

eBooks & Audiobooks Terms
- Shared Collection eBooks and Audiobook plans enable a school to join as a member of a consortium of schools. Annual fees purchase new copies/titles and pay for platform hosting. The members of the consortium license the digital titles as a group, and only current paid up members have access to the titles
- eBook & Audiobook shared collections are currently only available in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, South Africa and the United Kingdom
- Fair use limits apply to eBook & Audiobook shared collections to ensure equitable access to titles and are set to generous levels, please contact us for details
Hosting Plan Terms

- The Hosting Plan amount is invoiced and payable on registration and then the anniversary of registration thereafter
- The Hosting Plan amount covers hosting for one year and is non-refundable, it includes access to public domain titles at no cost
- eBooks and audiobook title purchases are in addition to the Hosting Plan fee
